Topics I write about
Much of the archive is about Python and Django: working with querysets, middleware, signals, custom user models, and keeping environment-specific settings out of source code. I also write about getting an application ready to run, including guides to Django with Gunicorn and Nginx, PostgreSQL, and HTTPS.
Some posts cover smaller everyday tools and workflows, like setting up SSH for GitHub, cleaning up a Git repository, or using my QueryParam Chrome extension to switch URL query parameters with saved actions.
Video walkthroughs
I also share software tutorials on Software Engineering with Nitin on YouTube. The videos include walkthroughs on adding an SSH key to GitHub, integrating TinyMCE with Django admin, and running React and Django together on one server.
